III. Description and scope of data processing

1. Provision of the website

Every time our website is called up, our web server automatically records data and information from the computer system of the calling computer in so-called server log files. The following data is collected:

  • Time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons on our part. This information is evaluated for website access statistics and stored long-term.

We also use “Google Signals”. Google uses what is known as “cross device tracking”. This means that website visits by a single visitor with different end devices can be assigned to this one visitor, provided that he has logged into a Google service during the sessions and has activated the “personalized advertising” option in his Google account settings at the same time. This means that no personal data or user profiles are accessible to us. If you do not want to use „Signals“, you can deactivate the „Personalized advertising“ option in your Google account settings.

4. Microsoft Clarity

This website uses the “Clarity” service from Microsoft Corporation. Clarity enables an analysis of the use of our website. This creates a log of mouse movements and clicks with the intention of deriving potential improvements for the website. The information collected is transmitted to Clarity and stored there. 6.1 Facebook Pixel

On this website we use the Facebook pixel from Facebook, a social media network operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2 Ireland.

The code implemented on this page can evaluate the behavior of visitors who came to this website from a Facebook advertisement. We will delete your email address after your request has been dealt with.

10. Online booking

We use the booking system of Viato GmbH to book rooms on our website. The system is integrated into our website, but is hosted by the external service provider. The personal data you provide will only be strictly earmarked and processed in accordance with the contractual conditions. Viato processes the data on our behalf, is carefully selected, commissioned, bound by our instructions and is regularly checked based on the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
